What Is TaskBuddy ?
TaskBuddy is a network of professional workmen. Our workmen are highly skilled in their respective fields. We carry out domestic task like CLEANUP, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL REPAIRS and INSTALLATIONS, ERRANDS, CARPENTRY, and WELDING.
How Do I book A workman ?
To book a service, simply click on any of the book buttons on our page. Fill in your details, choose your preferred payment method (cash or electronic) and book. You will receive a call confirming your booking.
Do I need to be home ?
You don’t have to be home when the taskers arrive. Simply drop your key with a trusted person who will give the key to the buddy upon identification. The key will be returned to trusted persons upon completion of task
Can I cancel a task ?
Before considering cancelling a paid task, bear in mind that you can reschedule tasks closer (with at least 3 hours’ notice) or farther into the future.
Do I need to have cleaning supplies?
No you don’t need to have cleaning supplies. Our cleaners come fully equipped.
Can I have my office cleaned?
Sadly, we only offer help around the house. We do not offer services for work places.
How are the tasks priced?
You are charged on hourly bases. A rigid time frame is given by which the job should be concluded, you pay for the hours set for the task.
How long does it take for taskers to arrive on scene?
If you are scheduling an urgent task, it will take buddies between 45 minutes and 3 hours to arrive. Taking into account that it takes at least 30 minutes to select a tasker and 2 hours at most to get from one part of the state to another.
Can I trust the buddies you are sending to my home?
We are aware it requires an amount of trust to allow a stranger into your home and we have taken the required measures to make you feel safe. Our buddies are background-checked by the Nigerian Police and a third party.
If you suspect a buddy of taking an item from your home without permission, file a complaint and we will look into it.
Should I tip taskers?
You may tip the taskers who did a good job if you wish. If you would like to leave a tip for previous tasks, log in, visit your tasks page and click on the Leave a Tip button.
The tip will be paid directly to the buddy who performed the task.
What are the hours of operation?
We know how easily domestic tasks come up so we leave our operation net as wide as possible. Buddies are available between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 pm.

I am unsatisfied with the service(s) I received.
We are sorry to hear that one of our buddies didn’t do a perfect job. We set high standards and all our taskers are trained and expected to perform quality service. If you are unsatisfied with the job done by a buddy, please file a complaint here (insert hyperlink) and we will send someone else in for a redo.
Can I request a specific professional?
While we are elated you found a buddy so good you are willing to stick by him/her, we like to believe that all our taskers can perform a satisfactory job. Therefore, our platform doesn’t offer room to select a specific professional.
I was charged incorrectly
Oh snag! We are truly sorry about that. To be doubly sure, please check the breakdown of your payment on your booking page. If it still doesn’t add up, you can reach us through any of these avenues.

My tasker left early
If the assigned tasker left without completing the task, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send someone in to complete the task. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
Tasker didn’t show up
We want your life as stress free as possible and a tasker not showing up at the scheduled time is the exact opposite of what we are trying to achieve. Contact customer service to file a complaint about your tasker and we assure you it will never happen again. We will also send in another tasker as fast as humanly possible.
My booking was rescheduled
We apologize for any inconvenience rescheduling may have cost you. Although we work towards unrestricted availability, sometimes the taskers are not enough to fulfill all tasks on ground. If the rescheduled time does not suit you, you can choose any other time that suits you.
Please note that you won’t be able to schedule a task less than 2 hours from real time.

How do I use coupons or TaskBuddy coins?
You can only use the TB coins when you are paying online. You can select the amount of TB coins you wish to use to pay for your task. The naira equivalent of coins selected will be deducted from your fee.
When paying online, you can type in your coupon number and the naira equivalent will be deducted from your fee.
What are the available payment methods?
We only support debit card at the moment. Alternative means of pay ment wold be made available soon.
How do I get discounts?
When you pay online, you get a 2% discount which is converted into TaskBuddy Coins. The coins can be used to pay for part of a task or a full task (if you have enough coins).
Every once in a while, we give coupons as a reward for reading our blog posts (insert hyperlink). So keep your eyes peeled.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, go to your task page, click on the task that was rescheduled, cancelled or unsatisfactory then click on the ‘contact us’ button. Fill in the form and explain to us why you need a refund. We will reply as soon as possible.
Do I get payment receipts?
After payment, we send an invoice to your email address along with the confirmation of your task.
